Great service! 8 am appointment, 5 New tires in half an hour or less, and sent me for screws at home Depot to put the center emblem on one wheel - when I returned the employee met me as I parked the car and took it right in the service bay and put the center cover on (which required removing the wheel.) Wham bam slam dunk DONE! I was very impressed! THANK YOU for such great service!

6/26/2026 I do not trust them; it’s that simple. I took my trailer in to have new tires put on. When I went in to pick up my trailer, I noticed the tires had not been balanced. I pointed that out, and they went and found the techs who had done the work and sent them out to unmount and balance the tires. The techs were noticeably annoyed. They unmounted the tires and balanced them. The problem occurred when the same techs went to remount the tires. I could see them smirking in my mirrors as they torqued them down with their torque wrench. Then a red-shirt manager came out as they were finishing and asked to see the torque wrench. Upon examining it, he told them to loosen the lug nuts and retorque them, which they did. Then they went inside, and I hooked up my trailer. I found the red-shirt manager guy and asked him what happened and why they loosened and retorqued everything. He told me they had over-torqued all the lug nuts on my trailer tires. My conclusion is that a couple of tire techs decided to take their frustrations out on the lug nuts of my trailer. In my mind, this is like having someone in the food industry having an off-day spit in your food. I told the manager I appreci

Incredibly efficient and easy to work with. I brought my vehicle in after booking and paying online. My rear tires are wider than my front tires due to the it's staggered setup. The interface online made it very easy to pair and order the mismatched sizes and the technicians fit them brilliantly. The prices were very competitive and I only had to wait about 35 minutes from the moment I arrived. This tire store is next level professional and I will be returning.

Let me start out by saying that Monica Ramsey is amazing, because of her personality, her knowledge, her kindness, and her love of dogs and people! This is our third flat tire in three weeks and she helped calm me down and get us back on the road in a timely manner! She has amazing people, her team out in the bay areas (where the work gets done). They took care of our flat tire repair and the replacement of one of our discount tires! Discount tires is lucky to have Monica and the team they have built there in Ammon Idaho.

There's a reason I almost always use Discount Tire, they're the best. I've never had a bad experience with them or the tires I've purchased there. I got a new set of tires today and the customer service was amazing. Monica and the techs were friendly, and professional. The techs even asked if I wanted the black or white facing out. It seems like a small thing but I like the black facing out. I ordered the tires online, they were delivered quickly and the appointment even started a few minutes early. Thankfully they also started doing alignments so they were able to align it today and I didn't have to go to another shop. Thanks Discount Tire for always providing excellent customer service.
